What resistance levels are available?

Our ankle band set includes 3 levels (10, 20 and 30 lbs) plus 5 mini loop bands. Our yoga/pilates bands come in 5 progressive levels (0.35mm to 1.1mm). Our fitness loop bands offer multiple levels from light to extra heavy — suitable for all training intensities.

Are the bands latex-free?

The yoga and pilates resistance bands are made from natural latex. If you have a latex sensitivity, our fabric loop bands are a latex-free alternative. Check each product page for full material details.

Can I use the bands outdoors?

Yes — all Lyvux bands are designed for indoor and outdoor training. Latex bands can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to maximize lifespan.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship from fulfillment centers in both Europe and the USA:

  • Europe (Italy & EU): 5–12 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Visit our Track Order page or go directly to the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. Contact us at lyvux.gestion@proton.me within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. See our full Return Policy for complete details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the amount.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us immediately at lyvux.gestion@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your card details.
