Return Policy

We want you to train with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, we've made returns simple.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at lyvux.gestion@proton.me with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the amount.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at lyvux.gestion@proton.me with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
