At Lyvux, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at lyvux.gestion@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Lyvux will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lyvux.gestion@proton.me with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
